I have been fitness coaching for over a decade in Sydney. The outdoor lifestyle of Sydney’s eastern beaches is what makes living and breathing health and fitness so easy. As a current student in Bachelor of Naturopathy, my approach to the art of fitness and wellbeing is unique as I believe a balanced lifestyle will lead you to long term success.
From my certifications in CrossFit, Kettlebells and gymnastics I am a specialist in a range of functional movement and strength techniques.
My personal training is for all levels of experience as I always focus on creating a strong foundation of movement quality before adding load.
Whether we are training together in person 1:1 or in small groups, I always ensure you are looked after and guided every step of the way.
