WANT TO TONE YOUR THIGHS ?

It's not a secret, but my number 1 tip to get toned thighs is to SQUAT.

Squats hit all the larger muscles in the legs and can be under a greater load than accessory or smaller leg muscle exercises.

Do squats often and make sure you mix up the type of squat variation whenever you can.


Try doing a combination of:

1: Barbell back squats

2: Barbell front squats

3: Goblet squats

4: Drop squats

5: Sumo squats

6: Narrow stance squats

There are many more variations but the more you can change the angle on the thighs the more muscles you can tone them.
