Crispy Baked Cauliflower
This is one of my favorite sides to any meal.
It’s so easy to cook and lasts days in the fridge, so makes having healthy food readily available.
Cauliflower is high in fibre, so although it is a carb the net carb count is actually very low, and it will keep you full.
Simply cut up the cauliflower into small florets, lay them out on a baking tray.
Spray lightly extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in fan forced oven 180C for 30-40 mins or until crispy golden.
